It should be noted that the limit for charging ordinary land deficits to the overall income is doubled if the lessor undertakes to carry out specific energy renovation expenses. From €10,700 currently, the ceiling increases to €21,400. The taxpayer must accept an estimate from November 5, 2022 for expenses paid between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2025. Housing after completion of the work must pass from an energy class E, F or G to an energy performance class A, B, C or D.
